We’re looking for a Recruiter who is bilingual (French + English) to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will create impact by helping us identify, assess, and hire top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Main Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Identify and engage top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking meetups.
  • Create an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and transparency

Data-Driven Recruitment

Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience, etc.).

Continuously optimize hiring processes based on data insights.

Must Have:

Fluent in French & English

Bachelor degree in HR or related field

2+ years in recruiting, preferably in a tech/startup environment

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Great organizational skills

Sourcing Skills: Strong experience in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS platforms

Be based in Nairobi, Kenya or be a member of the East African Community (EAC)
