Data-Driven Recruitment
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience, etc.).
Continuously optimize hiring processes based on data insights.
Fluent in French & English
Bachelor degree in HR or related field
2+ years in recruiting, preferably in a tech/startup environment
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Great organizational skills
Be proactive and work in autonomy to contribute to the success of the company
Team player, Motivated, Reliable, Trustworthy and Fun
Proactive & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to leverage metrics to improve hiring efficiency
Sourcing Skills: Strong experience in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Job Boards, ATS platforms
